It operates very quietly and has so far consistently maintained the set temperature over about two weeks of operation - just be sure to keep the specified clearances around the unit for optimal performance. We are facing constant frost buildup around the top; it is tight, and we put a weight on top. I challenge you to find a simple way to contact customer service. The self-help is worthless, and I have a unit that does not operate as it should. Very frustrating, if I ran my business like this, I would have no business.
