It mixes nice and easy, smells good and provides sufficient calories and macro nutrient content. You'll get a good size tub for the money which I think makes it pretty good value, although if you were going to take two shakes a day, you would find it quite expensive. I personally didn't experience any stomach issues, but this is a heavy product with a lot of ingredients so some people may find they do.
