I found it is somewhat easier if you remove the existing drawer somewhat ahead of time and let it get back up to room temperature first as the plastic drawer is then more flexible to work with. The replacement was fitted within a couple of minutes. It also blends in perfectly with the other, unbroken drawers. It is also half the price of some of those that are on sale here. I cannot comment yet on its longevity, but I would buy this product again if another drawer cracks. Watching the video on the website really helped, in particular the hint to let the main draw unit warm a little to give the plastic a chance to bend. Getting the broken door off was relatively simple and I simply needed to use multiple kitchen knives to ensure I did not damage any of the retainers clips. It fit perfectly (the old one was tricky to remove) but this just clicked into place relatively quickly.
