It is worth to acquire and read. Idris Mootee, have a very unique way to address Design Thinking for Innovation. This book is not empty theory as several books, but real and practical with top added value and great examples, and most important for me, useful for business!.

Useful. Font print is small and rather a lot of pictures that add little. Some useful ideas and practical applications

it may well be that this book is useful to many.For me, it was full of twisted, heavy sentences, big words, and not a single example or story to cement the well-sounding theoretical statements.I don't feel like I have learnt anything that could not be summarised in one sentence: Scientists analyse; Designers synthesise; and in our business future we will need both.Complete waste of £16. Will have to check if amazon does refunds.(For the record, I am a UX Architect, working in the realm of solving business problems with design for the past decade. Nothing here was over my head, not even by a millimeter. Unfortunately, I did not find anything useful and regret the steep cost of the book.

Using in conjunction with Service Innovation Handbook and is making a significant difference in helping me to look at a richer level of things than I might have otherwise.

Excellent introduction to a management approach and philosophy that should resonate with organisations wishing to remain relevant to customers. An approach to develop a customer-adaptive enterprise imbued with humanity.
