Review: Lightweight, good quality and washes easy - I bought this brace because of horrible sciatic pain in my leg. I've tried everything to help ease the pain and nothing works. As a last hope effort I bought this brace. It's taken a little getting used to, but seems to help slightly with the pain. If I don't wear it, then I feel the pain more than if I do wear it. I sit and walk a lot, so both sitting and standing are excruciating after a while. I needed something to help with the pain that shoots down my leg to my ankles. I do wear this under my clothes. It's hard sometimes getting it on because it requires bending to get the thigh part on that I cannot do. I sit down and put the thigh part on first then the back part last. I've washed and air dried this and still it is in great shape. Overall, my pain is a 9 on a bad day and a 6 on a good day. I wear this all day long and I do believe it helps ease some of the discomfort. Most days my pain is unbearable no matter what I do, but I still put my brace on and go about my day.

**Q: One size has *never* worked for me before. is this adjustable down to 28” waist and 20.5” thigh with compression?**
A: My thigh is 19” w/out compression. This thing is not ”ONE SIZE FITS ALL!” It was was so big it slipped down. One size has never worked for me either. I had to return mine. I bought mid-rise compression shorts for women from 2XU & also groin support from Cramers. Both work well together & adds much more support  :)

**Q: I'm a weightlifter; will this help stabilize my hip rotation during back/front squats?**
A: Yes, rotation is key for my golf swing. Just make sure straps in correct position according to where you need it most and make it a light tight fit

**Q: Can this brace be worn while running?**
A: Agreed that it is not suitable for running. To me it’s more like a post-surgical or therapeutic brace for walking and other activities.

I used daily for uphill snowshoeing and backcountry descents in powder and packed snow (skis). It works well with adjustable support straps, but is not a cure for sciatica nor hamstring injuries. It provides support relief and is good for large steps uphill. It is comfortable and warm and it can be worn under form fitting pants, particularly if outer garment has some "stretch," and it can be worn on outside of thigh for tight jeans. Note: I am 6', 155 lbs w 30" waist and upper section is large on me causing an overlap at waist, which adds warmth. Adjusting the thigh support is easy. and is light enough for casual wear after workout. I have the blue color and like it. Quality is good for price. Also good for yoga and I'm glad I bought it!
