Is there a way to get something closer to sandwich-bread height out of this?** A: That’s because it’s Artisan bread. Look at the picture on the box. Mine came out perfectly perfect. I used coconut oil and 9 quail eggs to make mine even healthier. Thinking of adding ground flax or chia and maybe hemp seed meal on my next go. It’s so good. I used a clear glass Anchor Hocking 1 1/2 quart oval baking dish. My bread came out looking just like the picture on the front of the box. I sliced it like a loaf of bread in a manual bread slicer for even slices. I made what looked like long finger sandwiches. I made both rabbit and chicken pulled meat from my Instant Pot. Put a little tender Baby Romaine leaves on it for a little added crisp. I was thrilled! Hadn’t had a sandwich in years. 😄 YUM! **Q: I am confused (happens often lol). For the focaccia bread (not loaf), does one bag make 2 loaves? Best gluten free bread I've ever had hands down. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by D***P on 20 January 2026* I always load up on these, when they're on sale and try to get them for $5.99 or less. I make my own breads, but these are good as a fill-in, when you're tired or running thin on time. I've made them as Loaf Bread, Dinner Rolls & Pizza Crust. When making pizza crust, I add 1/4 cup sourdough discard and some sugar free honey, but that's optional. I've also made the dinner rolls with Monterey Jack Cheese and Rosemary with just a little garlic powder. This is a denser bread & roll mixture, so don't expect them to be like soft sandwich bread. After baking and letting cool, I slice the loaf into thin slices. Then, I toast them, use for French toast or make grilled cheese sandwiches. I prefer a little stronger cheese like Sharp Cheddar or Pepperjack Cheese. A stronger cheese goes better with the Almond Bread. If I have a few extra slices left, I sometimes freeze them, mix with a little cornbread and make a delicious gluten free Dressing. I highly recommend this.
