The engraving is really neatly done and exactly how I wanted it! It’s really clean and shiny too, comes with filling instructions in case you need them and for the price it’s an absolute bargain.There wasn’t an option to mark it as a gift or personalise the product but I just messaged the seller exactly what I wanted engraved and they responded right away to confirm it.Bought it as a last minute birthday gift for a colleague and it arrived early so definitely recommend! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Value *by P***N on 19 July 2021* A good(low)price and works fine-so far. In fact far better value than the real thing!I've had at least ten genuine Zippo's in the last fifteen years and all ended up in the bin. Always the hinge failed. Zippo's now are made,not to be used,but for collectors it seems. If you are a smoker avoid Zippo's like the plague as they are not tough anymore,they are just for show. Waited... no explanation, continued to say due by...even after the date. Eventually notified seller - nothing. Notified again in stronger terms [I think twice] and eventually received replacement some time later. This one badly tarnished / rust inside main case. I understand this is not an expensive item, that is not the point. Having given excellent rating on first purchase I go the complete opposite on this one. I am keeping due to inexpensive cost and hassle.
