I have wanted a Brabantia bin for years but could never justify that amount of money for a kitchen bin. My previous bin leaked beetroot juice on my then new carpet whilst transferring it through my living room to the wheelie bin. It's the only exit available. As you can imagine I was mortified. It would not come clean properly not even with bleach. Last week I invested in a new carpet for the living room, instantly I thought to myself I can now justify the expensive bin. Although it is just a bin I am not disappointed. It is made of outstanding quality and far superior as bins go. I normally purchase the big heavy industrial black bin liners from our local market in bulk. These fit the bin perfectly, it has ample room inside an only needs emptying every 2 days. The structure of the bin is lightweight but robust and sturdy and the touch lid is a novelty to me, I hope the catch lasts the test of time. I am very happy with it.
