A: No idea I’m not a doctor but I can tell you bare foot/minimalist trainers like these are great for strengthening your feet as they allow them to function as nature intended. I’d say go for it but take it easy, don’t go mad to start with and I’m sure you’ll been fine.

A: Size 8 will fit you fine.  I went a size bigger as recommended and it was too big.

A: Hi there, I think they would be perfect! They have a flexible rubber sole and are also breathable.  I wear them outside and primarily for boxing and kick boxing. Regards.

A: You would be better of just measuring your foot. Heel to the wall and you measure to the longest toe. There should be a chart on vibram website.
