There are videos online that purport how you can find the code but I cannot speak for their accuracy having never tried it. If all else fails, pry it off the wall and hammer the bejesus out of it to open the back! Good luck! **Q: Would this fit a Chubb Key size 11cm?** A: The large unit will fit 11cm key Vicky. After a while you get used to it, but it is inconvenient.
