I'm a long-distance runner, and a sweaty one at that, any whilst most sponges do a fine job, this is one feels a little better.Firstly, it retains its shape. It's not hard or rough against your skin and it soaks body wash in well and holds onto it for a single complete wash.It dries quickly enough and there's no degradation in quality or performance.
