**Q: I am borrowing one of the Iwalk2.0 and one of the push buttons on the base appears to have sheared off on one side. Can they be ordered?**
A: Yes, however, please provide a photo of the part to the manufacturer so they can make certain you get the correct replacement.   Also, often you do not need to replace as the product is field serviceable.   Call iWALKFree technical support at 562 653-4222

**Q: how do you use the bathroom with this thing?**
A: If seated, you will need to remove the iWALK to use the bathroom.   Typical time it takes to take off /put on is 10-15 seconds after a day or two of practice.

**Q: does this also work on the original iWalk Free?**
A: From the manufacturer - This replacement part is specific to iWALK2.0 and will not work with the original iWALKFree.
