I got it after watching a YouTube on covering Graphic45 tags and this was shown as how to cut the area around the grommet. It's very sharp and works a treat. A definite 5 star recommendation. I've read the poor reviews and would comment that this is a PAPER cutter for crafting, such as card making and scrap booking, it's not up to cutting thicker items such as foam or vinyl and is too big for ring binders.
