In the end I decided to bite the bullet and go with this brand as it was the same brand as my pool and I figured I could always send it back if it was horrendous.As it turns out, it’s not been a bad purchase. The 8 foot cover fits my 8 foot ‘Easy Set’ pool perfectly, it sits nicely under the rim and is tightened and secured with a drawstring. It’s easy to put on and remove with two people, although I can manage it on my own. The material seems like decent enough quality.The main (and actually only) downside is that it has 18 large holes in it which honestly seems to defeat the whole object of having a cover! The holes are about the size of a ten pence piece. I understand that the water probably needs some ventilation but I’d prefer to have a hundred tiny holes rather than 18 big ones!! With that being said, I haven’t actually had any problems with leaves or bugs getting inside the pool. The only thing that has got inside is rain water (although the cover does protect most of the pool) but I do treat the water with chlorine.Overall, as long as you get the correct sized cover (be aware it’s made for the ‘Easy Set’ pool) and make sure your pool is not placed underneath a tree, then you should be alright with this.
