I would order 1 large pack (these are twice the size of supermarket packs) or 2 packs if you like a 1/2 inch covering. If you are happy to either freeze any leftovers, or make marzipan sweets/chocolates, then order more. I find this paste freezes well, and can be used at a later date, and still keeps its flavour.
