I used Philips and specifically looked for what would work with them. **Q: If you fit a light strip plus, then this extension, then another light strip plus after this extension will all the light strip plus change colours?** A: Yes, I’ve got a 3 plusses connected from a light strip, one is a standard extension, and the other two connected with a Y splitter. I have a well known brand of strip light under my kitchen cupboards and I wanted to do the same across the other side of the kitchen. The problem I had initially was that the cupboards aren’t together as the cooker hob is between them. With this cable I was able to cut the light strip where the first cupboard ends, attach the cable and then join the lights I’d cut again! Simple and effective. Make sure you choose the right one! I went for the WiFi 6pin version as my lights are WiFi. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does the job *by A***R on 4 October 2024* Looks to be the only available solution where hue type kit is installed ridiculously expensive for what it is. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does what it promises. Cheap alternative to reach difficult spots *by D***O on 29 November 2018* Overall I liked the product a lot. I've bought the extensions to reach two cabinets that aren't adjacent to the main counter, and the connection was good. The only enhancements I'd like to see are 1) the connections are kind of lose, they should be more firm (and don't disconnect so easily at the slight movement) and 2) the ends could come signalized (e.g. a black/red mark in one of the sides, to indicate the installation side (you can fry up your main LED connecting inverted - I did and fortunately it just shut off for few minutes). Other than that, great product.
