Please take care when ordering that you know what size and type of dome you require. If in doubt please ask our advice or alternatively the company that supplied your hearing aids. If you order the wrong size / type of dome but can return unopened and in a re-saleable condition we are happy to replace with the correct item, however we cannot accept opened packets that we cannot re-sell. It's a good idea if you are unsure which product to order to compare the picture of the product you want to buy with one of your own domes and also measure and compare the diameter of one of your existing domes at its base. **Q: Difference in open, closed and power dome?**
A: It's important to use what is prescribed to you by your hearing professional. The open domes let sound in and out naturally if your hearing loss is mild to moderate. Closed domes have a little bit of opening and are used more for moderately severe to severe hearing losses; the the power domes completely close the ear canal and are also for moderately severe to severe losses, especially in the low frequencies. I hope that helps.

**Q: do you have a cerushield disk?**
A: The cerushield is only used with the Phonak M aid.

**Q: will the cover the in the ear hearing aides so i can take blood pressures**
A: I don't have any problems taking blood pressure with hearing aids on.

**Q: is fit true?**
A: They work fine for both my husband and I. All I can say is that these fit as well as ones we previously bought at our EENT office.
