Review: Excellent quality, excellent price........ - I bought this 3 Piece Extension Bar Set to accompany: Draper Expert 41451 22-Piece 1/4-Inch Square Drive Double Driver Set It is a really good value set, with each of the three extension bars being manufactured from hardened and tempered vanadium (a hard and non-brittle metal that is stronger than most metals and steels, and has a good resistance to corrosion) that is then chrome-plated and polished giving a lovely finish that is good to handle. The three sizes included are 50mm, 75mm and 150mm in length; they each have a knurled band along the shaft to aid grip if necessary, and they use a spring-loaded ball bearing for holding in place in a ratchet. The extensions are of a good strength whilst being surprisingly light, and I am most impressed with the quality considering the price of under five pounds delivered. The set comes packaged on a plastic clip that can be reused and it is an excellent way to store the tools whilst allowing for quick access. As is standard with Silverline hand tools this extension set has a lifetime guarantee as long as it is registered online via the website within 30 days of purchase. Recommended.

I bought this 3 Piece Extension Bar Set to accompany: Draper Expert 41451 22-Piece 1/4-Inch Square Drive Double Driver Set It is a really good value set, with each of the three extension bars being manufactured from hardened and tempered vanadium (a hard and non-brittle metal that is stronger than most metals and steels, and has a good resistance to corrosion) that is then chrome-plated and polished giving a lovely finish that is good to handle. The three sizes included are 50mm, 75mm and 150mm in length; they each have a knurled band along the shaft to aid grip if necessary, and they use a spring-loaded ball bearing for holding in place in a ratchet. The extensions are of a good strength whilst being surprisingly light, and I am most impressed with the quality considering the price of under five pounds delivered.
