As a spare phone they are really cool to have knocking about as they come Sim Free and not locked to any network provider. If like my mum you only want to make calls and send Texts and aren't concerned with following phone fashion these are ideal. Pros are the simplicity of use, they are very intuitive to use with no nasty menu surprises. The screen is clear and easy to read, the button/key pad is also well laid out and easy to follow. The charger stand is a nice touch. So why only 4 stars? It just feels a little flimsy, don't get me wrong it is well made and well put together and for someone like my mum who will treat it with respect and look after it, no problem.
