The item title says stretch but the details say 100% cotton.** A: Texas Stretch ? Confusing ain't it ! There are so many options on these. I sent for what I thought were 'Stretch' in 31. I didn't check closely and they looked ok so I ordered another pair in 32 (for 'comfort'). When these arrived they were 'Stretch', but in different shade blue I wasn't happy with - thats when I checked the 1st pair to find that the reason for the different finish was that the 1st pair were actually non-stretch 'Regular'. I actually prefered them to the 'Stretch' version, so I returned those and ordered 'Regular' in 32 and they were also fine.
