Review: Great collar clamps if you are sick of spin-locks - Please look at the sizing of your home or gym bars before buying these as I can imagine that people can get caught out with the differences between the olympic bar and the home gym bars diameters, these clips are great from home bars with a smaller diameter. These clips are a god send if you are sick of the spin locks coming undone but I wouldn't just use the clamps by themselves I would use these as an addition to make sure the spin lock doesn't come undone as the collars to not have rubber on the sides to help with plate spinning when doing Barbell complexes or other full range motions, I have taken an example of what i mean on the pictures. They are extremely easy to use so would definitely add them to your home gym.
