A: Yes they do :) I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend who wanted to learn guitar and I would 100% recommend it to anyone. I got him the red and black one and it's really good. Excellent quality - he thought it cost a lot more than it actually had!

**Q: does this guitar come tuned?**
A: I can't remember whether it did or not. However, even if it left the factory tuned it probably wasn't in perfect tuning on arrival as heat etc can affect tuning.So you might want a tuner. But - if you have an i-pod you can download a chromatic tuning "app" from the i-tunes site for free.Good luck.RegardsPeter

**Q: My son is a tall 10 year old, will this guitar be suitable?**

Arrived quicker than it said it would which was a bonus although I noticed that there was a small mark on the wood and some damage to the lower end of the fretboard which doesn't really bother me since It doesn't affect how well the guitar plays- which is good especially for your chords etc. It came with most of the accessories stated, spare strings, strap but only 1 pick. Also, the strap is pretty pointless because it is designed for 2 strap buttons but the guitar only comes with the single one at the bottom of the guitar rendering it pretty much useless so I use it on my sg instead. Aside from that it's a good product and fairly well made and for just under £50 good value and at the end of the day you get what you pay for but within the range it's a nice product.
