Contacted Customer Service and they sorted me out with some money back which I used to purchase tape. The boxes are not bad. I thought they'd be a bit thicker. But if you take your time building them, squaring them off properly, and double-taping all the way down the sides, across, the bottom, and back up the other side, then they're pretty secure. I weighed a typical box that I've been packing, and it was 35lbs (15.88kg). That feels about right without overfilling and risking structural failure. You could push the weight a bit further if you reinforced the corners with more tape. Ultimately, they're cheap enough to just buy more rather than overfilling and wasting tape. I probably wouldn't get more than a couple of uses out of these, but ultimately, they do what I need them to do.
