I know the issue is the case because as soon as I take the phone out and plug the charger into it directly, it immediately charges. Given that I can no longer rely on the case charging the phone when required. The cover integrates well with the iPhone and it is truly slim. That being said, once you power the auxiliary battery, sometimes the charge stops for no reason and you have to push the button again. As you can imagine this could reveal frustrating, especially if you are about to run out of battery and need a reliable power source. As far as recharging speed, it charges 15% every 35 minutes. A bit slow if you ask me.
