**Q: Do these ever go old or is there no expiration date on them? Any experience with that?**
A: There’s no expectation date. 
The bisquettes are delicate.  
The number one item to avoid is moisture. They will crumble. 
Store unused bisquettes in a zip loc bag and squeeze most of the air out of the bag before zipping it.

**Q: Do you soak these in water before putting in your smoker**
A: No, you do not soak the bisquettes in water. They are pushed out to the heating plate dry, where they burn/smolder for 20 minutes, then next one pushes burnt one off the edge of heat plate into bowl of water to extinguish it.
