Review: Strong plenty of it - Really pleased with this had to return large garden furniture sofa/chairs/table set after it developed a fault. Anyone who has a package arrive with the white plastic tape binding knows its a nightmare trying to repackage same for return as the white tape is not reusable. Spotted this at really good price - perfect for the job in hand. Two man courier team told me I'd done a good job when they came to collect in van. plenty left over for household/gardening jobs. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again at that price for that amount.

**Q: what maximum load weight can it support?**
A: i have pulled a vw polo with it (towed)

**Q: Is this rope strong enough for a swing**
A: This rope can take about 500kg static weight, when moving though you can generate up to 10x g force so if your kid weighs 40kg they will need a rope that takes 400kg weight, but also bear in mind the rope is tested when straight, knots and bends in the rope weaken it as it concentrates weight to the outside strands, so you will want a rope that far exceeds the weight required, also bear in mind if it is a two rope swing the weight will be spread over 2 ropes so the maximum load will double, but I would still upgrade to a 10 or 12mm rope for my own peace of mind, hope this helps 👍

**Q: Do you know the breaking strain of this product?**
A: Google "6mm polypropylene rope strength". It can support 500 kg weight (5 kN). But that is a static weight. You will need a safety factor, plus if you're planning on climbing, swinging, jerking etc, it'll be a lot less.

**Q: Could be used for skipping ropes?**
A: This is Multi-purpose monofilament rope manufactured from weather-resistant polypropylene.
