Ohne Siebeinsatz habe ich bisher nur Zwiebeln und Fleisch angebraten um Soße zu machen, das hat auch perfekt funktioniert, es ist nichts angebacken und trotzdem ganz es ausreichend Röstaromen.Die Reinigung ist einfach und problemlos. Auch hin und wieder in die Spülmaschine, konnte der Topf bisher unbeschadet verkraften.Das einzige, das ich etwas schade finde ist, dass der Topf schnell überkocht, weil das kochende Wasser sich gerne zwischen Sieb und Topf nach oben drückt.
