Bought to replace our previous one that had given up. This one is much smaller & compact so it sits on the fireplace better than our other one.It looks nice & the heat is very good with 2 settings.It’s quite bright so you can have it on without any heat and it will be bright enough to use instead of a lamp.The only negative is that it’s not remote controlled. We were used to that feature on our last one but this one doesn’t have it so we get some extra exercise after we’ve drawn straws to see who’s getting up to switch it on.The front panel drops down & you flick a switch to turn it on & another to have the heating element. It packs out a good bit of heat so you don’t need it on very long and it’s also low wattage which means it’s not hungry on the electric. It is a little noisy but it’s not annoying, just you can hear it in the background like when you have a fan on in the summer.Overall we’re very pleased with our purchase. Will be a nice addition to the lounge when it’s colder.

The media could not be loaded. This is a lovely little electric stove. Fits into any small space. Popped some kindling in t make it look a little more realistic. Gives off good heat. But most of all the light is cosy to have on by itself. Worth the money I would say. Also not heavy, so can move to other areas when needed.

The shape is compact and the finish is reassuringly metal unlike some other fires in this price range. Everything is functional- the door opens and the flap at the front pulls down to reveal the controls.The flame effect is quite nice but I don’t like the logs. Ordered another fire in same price range which had much nicer log and flame effect but the finish of the body of the stove was plastic and very cheap looking.This is overall a much nice looking stove with the flame effect giving a nice comforting glow.Heat output is really good - it’s in our conservatory which does need some help in the winter despite being centrally heated. Haven’t got to winter yet but this gives a good heat in the morning/ evening as not put heating on yet. In fact it makes the room boiling!It’s also quiet - the first fire I ordered sounded like a hairdryer- but this is no louder than our larger Dimplex fire in the living room. With the TV on its fine and you don’t really notice that there was a noise until you turn it off and notice the difference. It doesn’t disturb at all.It won’t be mistaken for the real thing but it does have a good finish and nice flame for the cost. Definitely value for money. If you don’t want to spend much and just need a bit of extra warmth in a small space and a lovely looking stove you can’t go wrong with this one.

This heater is a 10/10. It gives a cozy feel to your sittingroom and is also practical in terms of heating as it heats the room fairly quickly when on the highest setting. The fire effect is perfect as well because it doesnt look too aritificial or fake and it is the perfect size i would say for an average sittingroom. It literally took 5 minutes to assemble just a few screws to screw on the legs. It is also very light.Now onto the customer service it can only be described as brilliant. I had been using my heater for a year when it on a small handful of occasations the heater wouldnt work, after speaking to the customer service they offered a replacement promptly.

Thrilled with this little stove. It has made a difference to my lounge. Not used heater part of it. Just put flame effect light on which is lovely and makes you feel warm. Love and recommend it.

We were looking for a stove effect fire to replace our older, conked out electric fire and came across this little gem. Had looked at a few different models but liked the look of this one and the spec too - the reviews were also pretty good, take into account the excellent price and we figured this one was a winner - and we were right!It arrived very quickly (about 4 days earlier than estimated), it was so easy to set up and it looks amazing Insitu on our hearth against a stone fireplace. The controls themselves are very easy to operate and all situated behind a neat panel at the front of the fire - much better idea than having controls at the back of the heater as some of the other models stated. A nice little touch is being able to turn the lighting element from dimmer to brighter. Also, not that we're using it as our main source of heat for the room, but the heating elements are great - they are well capable of heating a small to medium sized room like ours and not the drying type of heat our other fire put out - which used to play havoc with my eyes - but this heat is just gentle and non drying so another big plus!We would honestly say that if you're looking for a stove effect heater as a nice, functional focal point for a room you couldn't really go past this one and for the price it really is excellent value for money. If you're considering it just go for it - you won't be disappointed :)
