The box states it's waterproof which is only correct from the box as a whole. Rain will not get in! Liquids such as salad dressings in the little compartments on the inside, mix around freely.

Great and sturdy lunch boxes - I bought two of them!I am looking forward to using these for lunch.The shipping and handling and exchange rate is where this box lost some stars. On Amazon.ca this item is valued at $99! Way too overpriced if you ask me...but the box does what it is supposed to do.
