## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐

Not quite what I was looking for, a few design flaws.

There are a few things I didn't like about this headset that makes it unusable for me:The first is how the straps are inside the ear speakers, it covers the speakers so you can't hear it if you wear it straight. You'll have to adjust the top strap shorter to pull the whole thing up above the speakers but it still irritates my ears and distorts the view a little because it's at a slight angle. They should have just made the strap on the outside or offset it a little. The second is how wide apart the ear speakers are. They don't squeeze against your ears at all. I feel like a lot of noise is escaping, making the sound a lot quieter and harder to hear. It would be nice if they were angled inwards, similar to actual headphones, to give some pressure against your ears. The third is no support for bluetooth or nfc. My iPhone X and Pixel 2 cannot get any sound from it because they don't have an aux port, which most phones that do 3D well doesn't support anymore. It should be in the title AUX only phones.

    Dollar store material.

The best factor about this headset is the price. Otherwise, everything was terrible.Quality is poor. Video, audio, the adjustable knobs, everything was very cheap. I suppose this should be obvious at $30, but I saw so many 5 star reviews I thought they would be better.1. There are two knobs, one adjust volume, and one is an “OK” button. Ok button pushes down in a very wierd, random spot in the upper left hand corner of the phone’s screen. I have an iPhone 7. Not sure what the point of that button is. Volume is self-explanatory.2. The knobs that adjust sight are very sensitive; you can accidentally shift the knobs very easily and end up requiring constant fiddling. Also, the knobs on the side are very flimsy, I thought they might break.3. Video looks awful. It’s basically the difference between looking at a UHD screen (IPhone) vs a tube tv which needs its antenna adjusted. You can’t even view the whole screen. All four corners are slightly impacted.4. The audio bleeds a lot. It really takes away from the whole immersive experience. Although so does the video.Overall, I highly suggest buying a different product. Maybe for a child this unit would be ok. However upon trying out my first VR headset, I would strongly advise against letting a growing child view a device like this. My eyes felt awful for 10 minutes after configuring the viewing settings for about 5 minutes and I have good vision. If you really want a good set, you’ll probably need to spend a lot more.

It works well, You just have to follow instructions...

There are a lot of fake reviews sadly... This is my first so give me some benefit of the doubt here. The quality for the price is great. A lot of people complain about it being blurry or, fuzzy. I almost made the mistake of saying that but, than I realized there is a plastic covering on the lenses for one. Than I realized the rollercoaster app I was using was streaming a video which was in turn blurry. I went on the internet and found a high quality vr video and it looked good. My Moto G4 got hot which is typical but, it was ventilated enough. I took a risk being unfamiliar with vr. I think it's cool! If you use it too much yes, it will make you dizzy and tired. What do you expect? You wont fell dizzy playing but, when you take it off is when it takes it's toll. Try it in small doses to get used to it like the upside down glasses experiment. The quality is pretty solid aside from the velcro straps that seem like they could rip. All the buttons work volume, screen, eye adjust etc... The vision is good. It's hit or miss with videos being calibrated differently so, check out more than one source. If your phone screen is not higher quality it might not look good. Most often it works great. I don't need an upgrade after hours of playing around. I pulled the straps under and over the headphones to press them on my ears. I wish the headphones were inside the strap harness rather than outside but, it's my only complaint. I have good vision so I can't say anything for people who need glasses. I think this thing is cool, 5 stars! If something breaks, I'll update for sure!
