A: No to heavy designed for smaller cameras under 3 lbs

**Q: Will this clamp to a shooting rail on a tree stand, and how smooth is the movement when using the arm to adjust your phone?**
A: It clamps to the rail on my stand but fits a bit loose because my crossbar isn’t wide enough. Still works really well for me though.

Decided to use this in my deer stand to hold my phone and be able to record video as I take my shots.  Had to use some tape to ensure there wasn’t any shimmy due to the rails on my stand were just a slight small.  Once secured I was able to use guide rod to move my phone easily with minimal movement when deer came into my area.  Highly recommend.

Swivel works well but had to mount via zip ties and electrical tape...as it would not clamp to anywhere convenient.
