I searched Membrane Solutions and found that their filters are only ones that will work with their air purifier. Now I do like it and feel like it works. I have 5 animals and so notice difference in odor. I also notice less dust...I have two in my 1200 sq. ft. home. I have had to change the filter every 3 months... again, I have 5 animals so I feel that's responsible. It's very quiet even on high which I keep it in that mode almost 24/7. It picks up all sorts of dust in the living room and you can see the filters are doing their job. Various settings for low to rapid clean--all appreciated and quieter than our other units in the home. When we had a problem, Ellen from Customer Service was right on the case, first giving us advice from thier technician on how to address the issue and then when it could not be fixed, the company sent a new one in the mail to us.
