Review: So Beautiful - Review I absolutely love these 3D French wall panels! They completely transformed my home and made my living room, dining area, and bedroom look stunning. Review: Beautiful Result, but Labor Intensive if you Want it to Look Good! - First of all, let me say that I knew going into this project that this would be 5x more time consuming and difficult to install than traditional acoustic tiles. I would say an installation of these to look nice would not be recommended for someone that isn’t handy. Unless you have perfect squares on your ceiling grids, you’re going to have to cut. If you just cut one side off, you’re going to have an ugly reveal/ gap because you just eliminated the recessed edge that sits on your steel grid. What I ended up doing was cutting a straight line down the tile, and glueing the pieces back together to keep the recessed edge. Lots of measuring, cutting, and glueing! Also, ceiling tiles need to be cut with finesse because they do crack easily when cutting with scissors! Also, my inside corner I ended up actually 3D printing that piece, which I know most people don’t have the access and knowledge to do. Overall, the end result turned out beautiful, but was very labor intensive!

First of all, let me say that I knew going into this project that this would be 5x more time consuming and difficult to install than traditional acoustic tiles. I would say an installation of these to look nice would not be recommended for someone that isn’t handy. Unless you have perfect squares on your ceiling grids, you’re going to have to cut. If you just cut one side off, you’re going to have an ugly reveal/ gap because you just eliminated the recessed edge that sits on your steel grid. What I ended up doing was cutting a straight line down the tile, and glueing the pieces back together to keep the recessed edge. Lots of measuring, cutting, and glueing! Also, ceiling tiles need to be cut with finesse because they do crack easily when cutting with scissors! Also, my inside corner I ended up actually 3D printing that piece, which I know most people don’t have the access and knowledge to do. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looks Different than 3D view on-line

3d image of product on-line shows a flat, solid back to these tiles. However, the tiles are shaped in the ba k, like in the front and do not have a solid, flat vack. This was important to me in terms of gluing the tiles to the ceiling. The tiles are fine, just be aware the description is not fully accurate.
