**Q: Is the B12 in this cyanocobalamin or methylcobalamin, or neither?**
A: Also, please keep in mind that cyanocobalamin (the synthetic version) is different than methylcobalamin (the natural version). Cyanocobalamin is absorbed by (most) bodies slightly better, but methylcobalamin is retained better. There's several factors that contribute to how well your body is able to absorb said vitamins so one version is not necessarily always considered better than the other.

**Q: Does it need to be refrigerated?**
A: This product needs to be stored at controlled room temperature between 15°C – 30°C (59° – 86°F)

**Q: Whats the expiration date?**
A: Typically it is eleven months after you receive it.  The shelf life is 12 months after the manufacturing date.  I'd bet money it's still just as potent after 18 or 24 months as long as it's taken care of because . . . well, it's not milk.  B vitamins are light sensitive so store it in the dark.  I wrap the bottle in aluminum foil just for good measure.
