My particular delight is over the blade which got trapped a couple of times, when the branch was almost cut through and then wedged the blade. I was certain the blade would bend as I tried to rescued it but no on each occasion the blade was perfectly in tact. Great tool have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. Just remember, at full extension 20 feet plus, anything would be hard to control but there is only the minimum of flex across the poles.
