Apparently Kronung is the "Goldilocks" roast-flavor of the three Jacobs instant coffees that I'm aware of. Cronat Gold is supposed to be milder and smoother in roast flavor, then Kronung is a well-rounded flavorful roast, and then there's Velvet for a bolder, richer roast flavor. I gotta tell you, this one's a keeper. It tastes better than most single-serve, k-cup style coffees that I've had. I've ended up relegating my Keurig to a "hot water" maker for this Jacobs Kronung instant coffee. When you first put it into the hot water, there's this creamy froth at the top of the mug that tells you right away this ain't your run-of-the-mill instant coffee. It's so yummy that I've gotten addicted to making coffee at home all over again! And from an INSTANT COFFEE, no less. Bet it'll beat the pants off of any of your regular brew coffees.
