Works as advertised.  The original filter lasted around 6 months. I recently tested water from an unfiltered tap and the old filter.  While it's not filtering as much as when it had been initially installed, it still is working at about half as good.  Changing it now anyway though it could probably work longer.This shower is used at least twice per day.Recommend for sure.

I tried aquabliss and this. I think this one is superior, but both are good. I could tell right away when this one needed replacing, not so much with aquabliss. It lasts about 6 months which is pretty good. The water here is very hard. I hated the way it felt on my hair and skin. I noticed a big difference with this. Super easy to replace, just unscrew unit and pop this in.
