Great product!!! ### ⭐⭐ A once great company and supplement but no more *by R***N on 23 September 2026* This used to be a great company and this used to be a great liposomal vitamin c supplement but both have gone downhill. Their customer service is now fully AI and it isn't very good. I tried reaching out to their customer support to get answers on what happened to the orange flavor and why my subscription keeps sending me tropical flavor and their AI support keeps telling me orange is still available and that my subscription has been fixed (this was 4 months ago - still getting tropical flavor). As others have noted, the formula has changed in addition to the flavor. I don't know why these supplement companies always destroy their products and goodwill.
