Review: UPDATE: Almost two years later this product still works amazingly. Durability is excellent and I use it twice a week. I have set PRs of 400+ lbs with this thing! I have grown my glutes beautifully being able to lift heavy enough while being comfortable. Buy it! Previous Review: First, I purchased this with my own money so this a real review. I was pleasantly surprised that this pad was able to support 300lb hip thrusts. I tried a different product that was also rectangular shaped but that one was too stiff and didn’t work properly for the Smith Machine. The AMBAT HTP (Hip Thrust Pad) on the other hand molds around the bar properly and cushions the hips. I was able to get full range of motion with it. It was very comfortable and I was able to focus on the exercise itself instead of the bar digging into my hips or readjusting. This has been a great investment thus far. I can’t comment on durability since this is my first use. I definitely recommend the ABMAT Hip Thrust Pad. It works. IG: nubianphnx_of_steel
