Cutting 6082 aluminium at quite moderate speeds and feeds the first 4 bits broke in succession. Gave up using them for aluminium after that, reserved the remaining bits for machining wood/plastics rather than just bin them. Either I received a bad batch or there is an inherent weakness in design/manufacture. Update. Used 5th bit for edge milling on aluminum which gave excellent results and finish milling a 10mm deep face cut.
