I only chew a 1/2 a stick at a time. It keeps my mouth wet, don't need to be drinking water then. It's the only brand i like. You can't buy it in Stores around my area, so order online. I only like the real sugar type, not sugarless. In regards to the gum, specifically, it is exactly what you'd expect: minty flavor, chews well. I'm not personally "into" gum, but my husband was very pleased to have a small stockpile left that he could get into after the party. My husband likes to chew gum after every meal because the sticky, chewiness of it helps it get the food out of his teeth as well as freshens breath.
