I'm also on a college campus every day and it suits my needs just fine. I get to all my classes on time. It's really a great board. **Q: Is there any shock pads under the trucks?** A: There is a plastic plate between the board and truck mount. The board itself is very flexy. **Q: If i buy this board, i'd like to put bigger wheels on it. in your experience what's the biggest size i can put on this board (w/o wheel bite) ?** A: If you check out the dimensions of the board, you'll see quite a bit of space for bigger wheels. Even with the bigger wheels, the board can't turn hard enough to have the board touch the wheels... The board will actually scrape the ground since it's so low if you turn hard enough. **Q: Is this board good for boardwalking?** A: I haven't tried that yet, I probably won't unless I have the proper gloves and I'm prepared to fall and get hurt. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pe/products/452657741-minority-downhill-maple-longboard-skateboard-40-inch-drop-trough-deck](https://www.desertcart.pe/products/452657741-minority-downhill-maple-longboard-skateboard-40-inch-drop-trough-deck) --- *Product available on Desertcart Peru* *Store origin: PE* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
