Review: M.2 SATA only but great for older systems - I bought a couple of these for older PATA applications and have used one in my Apple Mac mini G4 (which is otherwise a really hard system to fit modern drives in!) in place of its aging and terribly slow 2.5” mechanical HDD to great success combined with a Western Digital Green M.2 SATA SSD. It’s quieter, faster and set to last another 18 years hopefully! Great idea for the retro and vintage market and ideal for older laptops and desktops with confined hard drive access.
