## Description

MIEFL 2 Pack Motion Activated Toilet Night Light, 16 Color LED | Smart Sensor Bowl Glow Light, Funny Gag Christmas White Elephant Gift for Bathroom - desertcart.com

Review: Great so far - I just recently started using this item so I cannot yet speak to it's durability however it is currently working pretty well. I used to have a toilet light from Walmart (Feist brand) so I'll compare this one to that. This light has great motion detection and brightness (a little brighter than the Feist brand). One thing I notice is that it doesn't turn off in the daytime as easily as my former light. My toilet is in a somewhat shaded area in the bathroom and it isn't always bright enough for the light to not activate during the day. That's not really a pro/con but just an observation. What I really like compared to my former light is that this one stays in place on the toilet rim sooo much better. I have not had to fidget with it once so far. I will have to wait and see how long this lasts as well as battery life but it's also only $8 for a 2 pack so, as of now I can certainly recommend. Update: My two pack lasted from May 22 until then end of November so they are good for a few months a piece. During the time they work, they work great but eventually the led light fails. I'd like longer durability but for only $7 it's still a good purchase. I just bought another 2 pack.
Review: Fun and well worth the price - I bought this as a gag gift for my daughter, she loves it and so does my great-grandson. He was so surprised that the toilet bowl lit up. It was worth it just for that. I got one for myself too. Very helpful when you get up at night to use the bathroom. Don't forget to give batteries if it's a gift.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is it waterproof?**
A: The large electronics is outside the toilet. The light is in the bowl. It really doesn't get wet unless your toilet has high pressure water. We love ours. We have one in each bathroom.

**Q: how do I install the toilet light?**
A: Install 3 batteries watching the polarity and light should be ready. Place the body of the light against the front of the toilet and shape the wire across the top edge of the toilet with the light inside the bowl. Be sure wire is tight against the toilet. The light will come on when the room is dark.

**Q: Does it really only sense motion from 6 ft away ?**
A: Yes, the motion sensor could detect from 6.6ft away, just right about the common distance from the door to the toilet bowl. It could help to prevent eating up the battery too fast.

**Q: I put the battery in the toilet light and it didn't respond, like it wasn't working. Why?**
A: I think so,it has to be in a dark room and activated by motion sensing. In this way it acts like a night light. It lights up when I go to the toilet late at night. It's like I'm having a late night party, so much fun.And I found that during the day it would stop working.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Unsure.. read review for details…
*by A***R on September 22, 2026*

I love the colors (I only use the pink color) however, I have to keep recharging my batteries every 4-5 days which I was okay with but.. the other day it turned purple then blue on me & when I tried to adjust it, it went off completely so I thought it needed recharging again but nope it won’t work now & the bulb looks like it’s blown. I will add photos. I’ve only been using this around 2 weeks so I’m definitely disappointed. I just put the 2nd one in so will see how that goes.
