I've been on a low carb diet for about 2 weeks now. After doing Insanity, 1 1/2 hours at the gym working out and not really losing a substantial amount of weight. I felt like my weight loss had stalled and needed something for that little extra push, I decided to try this.You have to take 3 of these a day spaced out on an empty stomach so it can be tricky having to time it daily. I leave at least 2 and a half to 3 hours between eating to take them. The pills themselves are an average size. If you take various other vitamins then these are no different to swallow unless you have those sorts of issues. I take one first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, one mid morning and another mid afternoon. I've been taking them for 2 weeks now and the first week I haven't noticed any side effects or sleep disorders or any huge differences in energy.Coming to the end of the second week I am beginning to feel the effects. I seem to get slight heartburn from them, that could be the cayenne in them as I am fairly used to caffeine. However maybe I'm over doing it as I have also been sprinkling cayenne over my food last few days, I can't totally put that down to the tablets.In terms of weight loss, it all depends on your goals and attitude. These fat burners are just there to compliment your efforts not to work magic. I eat grapefruit before breakfast. I eat lots of vegetables and quality proteins. I drink 8 glasses of water at my desk at work with a piece of lemon in daily (and another liter at the gym) I hit the gym at least 4 times a week and combine an intense workout of cardio with weight training. I make sure I move away from my desk at least every hour (usually to visit the toilet after all that water). I don't have sugar (use raw honey if you have a sweet tooth) I don't eat junk food or sweets and crisps and biscuits and cakes (only occasionally).These fat burners are really just to help me lose that extra bit of fat around my waist as my brother's wedding is coming up and I want to look my best.They do work as do most fat burners as long as you understand how they work and include them into your program and not rely on them solely. So it is very difficult for someone to give a review and say yes these are amazing and I've lost all this weight unless he or she adopt an appropriate eating and training regime.Being healthy is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. Despite that, these types of pills are good for those who have real goals and work hard to achieve them. First i would lime to start off with the packaging! It is great. Very eye catching. The name, says it all. Grenade... pow bang boom. So far is working like a charm. I have been taking them for over a week so far and have already lost 3lbs. That says alot seeing the only thing i changed was taking this supplement. I'm looking foward to seeing what else i lose.So this supplement doesn't make me feel amy certain way. No jitters, no burst of energy over one single time at taking it. It just is a steady good feeling throughout the day. I have been staying focused and able to get everything done plus workouts without feeling tired or sluggish. Which I'm normally feeling tired after work and really have to push myself to workput and get regular stuff done but since taking this. I haven't had any issues with that. Which is a plus for me. I don't have any issues with sleeping. I sleep good while taking these. I have had problems with sleep with other products in the past. So overall i am loving this product. Highly recommend.

So, besides this working great, this is one of the coolest designed supplements I've ever used. The container is a grenade like in the picture and the cap screws off. It's super neat. The pills are very interesting--it combines two different types of delivery systems: liquid first, then powder. I think that's an effective way of delivering the ingredients in this supplement.Effective-wise, it really helped me shed a few extra pounds. Now, this isn't a miracle pill. There's no such thing. But, with proper exercise, diet, and sleep this is a great tool to aid a healthy lifestyle.I saw no ill effects from this. I took it many ways: on an empty stomach upon waking, 30 minutes before a workout with my preworkout, with food, on an empty stomach before bed--never had an upset stomach or weird side effects.This should definitely be a staple if you're trying to shed some fat but either don't want the stims or want to stack with another stim product.

The media could not be loaded.  So much to like about this product! I'm on my second bottle now and decided to do a video breakdown of the thermo detonator thermogenic pills! It's stimulant free and has performed a lot better for me than any other CLA or fat burner I've used before. I used the ab cuts from costco and that paled in comparison to this, especially in terms of how fast I got to see my results.I did feel a little boost from it but I never have trouble sleeping and I'm not jittery. Two common side effects that have driven me away from fat burners in the past. One recommendation I have for users would be to drink as much water as possible! It's really important to stay hydrated when using products like this. It's definitely effective though.
