Review: Awesome Birthday Gift!! - My wife crushed her 5$ sunglasses that she'd bought 2 years ago when we went on our Punta Cana DR trip for our 25th wedding anniversary. She kept saying she needed a new pair, but couldn't find the right oversized ones with the right color lenses. So for her birthday this year I jumped on desertcart (they have everything right?!?) Found this pair... well within budget and got them for her. Let me explain that I'm somewhat of an expensive sunglasses snob.. my work and get dirty pair is over $100, my nice driving and going out pair is over $500. So I'm a self proclaimed sunglass aficionado. I inspected these when they arrived and was impressed with the quality and the price.. I couldn't go wrong. She opened them up on her birthday yesterday April 5th, and saw them and just had the most upset look on her face... I thought to myself.. oh no, what did I do wrong? She proclaimed "oh great! Now I have to be careful and worry about these great looking expensive sunglasses!" I laughed, explained that I hadn't gone off the reservation with getting these. **Q: Are the lenses view theough as rose colored and not super shaded/dark? I cant see very well in dark lenses**
A: Rose colored.  I can see my eyes through them and everything is still really bright.  These would be perfect for you.

**Q: what is its vlt? i need 30%+**
A: Our lens has light transmission rate between 9%-15%, belongs to CAT3. Thank you!

**Q: Can the lenses come out?**
A: Yes, the lens can come out. It did for mine, but that would probably mean the sunglasses need to be replaced.

My favorite glasses! They are actually polarized. Light on the face. The tint is perfect. They sit loosely on my head so gotta hold them when bending over. Material is lightweight yet durable.
