**Q: could a 6-quart instand pot fit in the main compartment?**
A: It may be  a bit snug, but yes it could fit a 6qt. instant pot.

**Q: Are the wheels quiet when rolling on smooth surface?**
A: Sure, it rolls, but the quality of the materials and even the item itself is extremely low in quality.  If I wasn't a lady, I would say that it is rather cheap. I plan to return this item. I tried to use it this weekend, just simply disappointed.
