A: There is no flint used. It's piezoelectric.

**Q: Is this lighters good for pipes**
A: They're ok. The lid doesn't go back very far and gets in the way. After a few uses they became impossible to fill with butane. I'd get something else.

**Q: Can this double flame lighter light a candle in a cup?**
A: Yes, this lighter has a strong flame with a maximum flame size of around 3.0in, which is great for lighting candles in cups.

High quality metal mini lighter. It’s smaller than I thought, which is a good thing. SUPER COMPACT, with a cool metal feeling design. Easy to refuel and the flames are great! Y'all... It's a butane lighter. We've all used them. I've had hundreds (maybe) and they all have a common feature in that they wear out eventually. This butane lighter set works well and as advertised. It has a dual flame feature that's new to me. But again, it is a refillable butane lighter. Ultimately they will wear out. I saw a warranty card that's something I've never seen before. They are guaranteed for 12 months. That's plenty of time for me to lose both of them. 😛 The lighters worked well out of the box, (btw, VERY nice box they came in). Hopefully they'll last. Keepin' it real? It is too much for a cigarette lighter. Not too much money, but, it's too much flame. Turned all the way down and it'll still scorch your smoke if not careful.
