It does not have little plastic screwdrivers that flip around. It has 4 open spots that let you see the ends of the bits when the caps are on. And, the one I have is very hard to pull the caps off of. Review: Very handy! - Had to buy this for Halloween and Christmas decorations that were battery operated.
