Saw him sipping on these bad boys in between a workout at the '15 games during the documentary, The Fittest on Earth. and I wanted to know what they were and how to get my hands on em. You can taste the Whey in them and the nutritional components are appealing. Low fat, high carb and medium protein for those seeking a macro breakdown. 10 g protein. 18 g Carbs and 8 g Fat. 110 calories. I don't like that it says no fat, then on the nutritional facts panel it says 8 g but I can live with it. It replaced my recovery protein this morning.
